You will spend one day each working with 4 different successful Contract Cleaners in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, attend Delco's Pressure Washer Maintenance School on Thursday and Delco's Environmental School on Friday. The literature for the school includes DVD #1100 Training Package (8 DVDs and 2 manuals, a $295.00 value), literature from the Maintenance and Environmental Seminars, plus information from each Contract Cleaner.
Sometimes because of scheduling the school is 3 days and one night with Contract Cleaners. You are taken to actual jobs and sometimes the best jobs are at night.
The Contract Cleaner Instructors are specialists in different areas of Mobile Power Washing. Each Instructor will tell you the secret of his success and his trade secrets. The Instructors are successful contractors in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and you will be obtaining confidential information including customer lists and pricing. You will observing and participating in actual jobs onsite in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Therefore, this course is not offered to anyone who is from the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex or who plans on doing business within 100 miles of the Metroplex.

Robert M. Hinderliter, President of Delco Cleaning Systems of Fort Worth: 30 years of Mobile Power Wash Industry Experience. Founded what is now Delco Cleaning Systems of Fort Worth and Mobile Enterprises in 1973. Operated a Mobile Power Wash Contract Washing Service for 10 years specializing in fleet washing, building restoration, and industrial cleaning. Founded the Power Washers of North America in 1992, a non-profit professional trade Association for Contract Cleaners. You can see or hear Robert on almost all the Delco Video Training Tapes. Robert teaches the Environmental Power Washing Seminar.
Larry Hinckley, Senior Technical Advisor of Delco Cleaning Systems of Fort Worth. Larry has 30 years experience in electro-mechanical design and maintenance with 19 years experience in all aspects pressure washer maintenance, repair, design, and cleaning techniques. Larry can be seen on Delco's Video RK-41 (Operation and Maintenance of Gas Engine, Diesel Fired Hot High Pressure Washers) and Video #10 (Pressure Washers, Bells, and Whistles Review). Larry teaches Pressure Washer Maintenance.
Power Wash Contract Cleaner Instructors:
Walt & Rhonda McCarty, Owners of "Patriot Pressure Wash and Parking Lot Striping", Fort Worth, Texas. Phone: 817-237-3040. Walt and Rhonda have 10 years combined experience in the cleaning business, each owning separate businesses before joining forces to purchase Patriot. They have experience in power washing houses, multi-storied buildings, parking lots, heavy equipment, post construction clean up, and flat-work. When it comes to "Vent-A-Hood Cleaning" Scott Hyde gives you the opportunity to "Learn from a Pro". His company specializes in Restaurant Exhaust System Degreasing using simple Enviro-Safe Techniques. Scott has developed a simple effective ways to capture the wash water for cleaning filters, duct work, vents-a-hoods, kitchen equipment, and fans. You will learn the art of tarping so that clean up and waste water disposal is a snap. The bidding process will be covered from A to Z. Nathan Williamson, owner of Texas Steam, a mobile power washing service located in Fort Worth, Texas and incorporated in the state of Texas.
Nathan has 18 years experience in power washing with a prominent interest in truck, equipment and flat work washing. In the last three years, Nathan has increased his business by 38%; graduated from Baylor University with a degree in English and Journalism, taught High school two years, then began his own business. Truly, a self-motivated entrepreneur who loves his work, Nathan began his business career 28 years ago in floor refinishing, janitorial, and carpet cleaning business and now does power washing exclusively.
