Manufacturers for RAHSCO Cleaning Systems warrant each new machine manufactured for RAHSCO Cleaning Systems to be free from manufacturing defects in normal use for a period of one (1) year (with the exception of those components listed below) commencing with delivery of the machine to the original owner.  Warranty clams require Proof of Purchase or copy of original invoice.

 

* General Pump Manifolds have a lifetime warranty against freeze damage.

 

This Warranty does not apply to quick couplers, wearable pump parts, hard-water damage, clogged coils, o-rings, failures due to contaminated oil or fuel, clogged filters, drive belts, nozzle wear, gauges, wet end of pump, paint, improper chemical use, or defects caused by damage or unreasonable use (including failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance) while in the possession of the consumer.  Warranty does not cover improper or misuse.

 

Any parts replaced under this warranty will assume the remainder of the original parts warranty FOB original shipping location within the United States.  A RMA (Return Material Authorization) must be obtained prior to return and noted on the outside of return package within 30 days of receiving the RMA.  

 

Any implied or statutory warranties, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly limited to the duration of this written warranty.  We make no other express warranty, nor is anyone authorized to make any in our behalf.  We make no warranty with respect to trade accessories.  They are subject to the warranties of their manufacturers and repairs must be pre-authorized.

 

Heater Coils have a 1 year full parts warranty plus 4 year prorated warranty, and batteries have 6 months full parts warranty plus 6 month to 49 months prorated parts warranty depending on the battery.
