Vehicle traffic, the continuous dropping of oil, solvents, grease and other messy stains will cause the typical concrete pad to eventually look "worn." The lane that is shown in the picture below is in very poor shape, and some of the spots have a thick "goo" on top.

Be sure to thoroughly remove all trash and debris in the entire lane before proceeding.

Once you have finished clearing the lanes, apply Delco's Clean-Crete directly on the most soiled areas. Using a long handled ice scraper lightly scrape off the excess oil and grease residue, adding Delco's Clean-Crete to this excess as you scrape.

Once the excess oil and grease residue has been removed, use a wire brush to vigorously work in Delco's Clean-Crete until the soiled area is staying the same color as the original product.

Using your SPI G-Pad, work Delco's Clean-Crete into the stained area. Again, continue until the product stays a nice white color in appearance. This is crucial in the application. The G-Pad insures that you have penetrated the upper layer of the stained area.

Now that you have the area cleaned and prepared, simply sweep out Delco's Crete-Clean over the entire area and you're ready to finish the lane.

Simply apply Delco's Clean-Crete to the rest of the surface, making sure that you lay an even coat over the entire lane. The Mako C-1 applicator will make fast work of this! Normal coverage for Clean-Crete is 2,200 square feet per 20 pound container.

Going with the "grain" of the surface spread and sweep off the excess Clean-Crete and return to your mixture. If you have severely affected Delco's Crete-Clean, DO NOT add back into your mixture. Discard this contaminated product as per local regulations.

Your finished product! A clean lane, professionally done! Something that you and your client will be proud of!
