Note: The pump is
belt driven for extended life. The burner is mounted over the pump assembly. 16
gallon gasoline tank for the Gasoline Engine and 16 diesel tank for the diesel
fired burner. The Float Tank is mounted behind the pump at the back right hand
corner of the pressure washer. Note the Stainless Burner Heat Shield above and
behind the Motor.

Engine: 16 HP Electric Start Vanguard Briggs & Stratton Engine with a separate 16 gallon gasoline fuel tank mounted under the engine. Over head valve engine with industrial/commercial rating. Low oil shutoff and hour meter for maintenance scheduling. This is Briggs and Stratton's top of the line engine. We have have had excellent results with this engine.
Wayne Burner System: 120 volts, fuel: No. 1 or No. 2 diesel, Kerosene, Or Home Heating Oil, produces 200 degree hot water, 16 gallon fuel tank. Automatic burner control, when ever the trigger gun is turned off the burner automatically is turned off. Fuel consumption: 2.5 GPH. Burner Power ~ 2,000 Watt Generator belt driven from the engine.
High Pressure Pump: General TS2021 rated at 5.6 GPM at 3,500 PSI which is a Tri-plex Ceramic Plunger Oil-bath pump. Belt driven for extended life. Belt drives deliver a smoother power transfer than do gear drives. Top of the line pressure washers are belt driven which are more expensive to manufacture. The TS2021 produces 5GPM at 3,000 PSI which is 77% of rated capacity for extended pump life.
Also includes: Heater Coil~1/2 Schedule 80 Steel pipe with a 3 year warranty. 50 Foot High Pressure Hose. Trigger Gun with 36 inch wand. Garden hose water hook up. Polyethylene 2 gallon Float Tank. Frame, Powdered coated square steel tubing, the burner housing and control panel are Stainless Steel and the burner end cap is powder coated steel. 5,000 PSI pressure gauge. Four Nozzles (#5.5)~0, 15, 25, & 40 degree. Detergent injection before the pump (Detergent at High Pressure) with a detergent metering valve. 750 cranking amp battery. Notice that the water tank and pressure
washer are mounted over the center line of the axle. What this does is maintain
proper balance of the trailer with a full and empty water tank. When the water
tank is mounted on the front of the trailer there is excessive weight placed on
the trailer hitch when the tank is full of water.
