Includes IKECA Kitchen Grease Exhaust Cleaning Business Manual, National Fire Protection Association part 96 (NFPA 96), and Delco’s “Restaurant Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning” Video Tape 404 with Scott Hyde. Excellent preparation course for IKECA Certified Exhaust Cleaning Specialist (CECS) Certification testing. Test given at the end of the school.
