RK-43C Hot High Pressure Power Washer - Clutch Operated

3,500 PSI, 5.2 GPM, 200 F, 18 HP, 12 Volt Burner System.

With the announcement by Delco Cleaning Systems of Fort Worth about their new line of clutch operated gas engine pressure washers the industry’s discussion groups came alive with questions. What are they? How do they work? How reliable are they? The questions were many and varied, but they persist.

The bottom line is the industry has long needed a reliable way of dealing with the age old bypass problem. Many have found the clutch operated pump to be the answer. When the operator of a power washer releases the trigger the pump stops turning thus ending any worries about extended running in the by-pass mode which will cause damage to the pump. When the trigger is once again depressed the clutch engages thus causing the pump to begin spinning and once again you return to pressure.

Engine: 18HP electric start Vanguard Briggs & Stratton Engine with low oil shut off and hour meter. Also included is an 800 cranking amp battery and a 16 gallon fuel tank. This is Briggs & Stratton's top of the line engine and comes with a two year warranty from your local Briggs & Stratton dealer.

Pump: General TS2021 Pump rated at 5.6 gallons per minute at 3000 PSI. Belt driven to provide smoother power transfer and extended pump life.

Beckett Burner System: Comes with a 12 VDC igniter that eliminates the need for a 120V generator. The system can be fueled using either No. 1 or No. 2 diesel fuel, kerosene, or home heating oil to produce 200 degree F hot water. The automatic burner control turns the burner off whenever the flow of water stops. The heating fuel tank has a 16 gallon capacity and heating fuel is consumed at the rate of 2.5 gallons per hour. The heater coil comes with a three year warranty.

Detergent Injector w/detergent metering valve: Injects detergent at high pressure before the pump.

Accessories: Comes with four spray nozzles, trigger gun, wand, fifty feet of R-1 hose, a garden hose hook up kit, 2 gallon float tank.

Also included with all pressure washers a 2 hour Maintenance DVD and copy of DVD-611, “Pressure Washer Safety” at no charge.

Detailed Description:

For indoor cleaning with High Pressure Hot Water our stationary washers are ideal. They pack the cleaning power of up to 3,000 PSI and yet still have a small footprint.
